Our menus are thoughtfully created by Chef Bryan, cooked fresh daily and created in line with NSW Health guidelines and are certified before any changes are implemented, ensuring that children’s nutritional needs are always met. Our amazing Chef Bryan holds weekly cooking classes with the children, fostering their love for food while teaching valuable skills. He also adapts the menus to celebrate special occasions throughout the year, including cultural celebrations, and caters for family events held at the centre, making every meal an enjoyable and meaningful experience.
The children are go on shopping excursions to help select fresh produce, where they lean about seasonal fruits and vegetables while making choices for upcoming meals.They also assist Bryan in planning the menu,gaining hands on experience in the meal preparation and understanding the importance of healthy fresh ingredients. This interactive experience not only teaches them about food but also encourages teamwork, creativity ans appreciation for wholesome cooking.
